Budapest Process Advances Law Enforcement Partnerships

The Budapest Process Thematic Working Group on Law Enforcement Cooperation met in Sofia, Bulgaria, on October 6-7, 2025. Co-chaired by Bulgaria and Iraq, the event gathered 62 senior officials, practitioners, and experts from 16 countries. Their goal was clear: to discuss the practical steps and ingredients necessary for effective international law enforcement collaboration.
