Washington County Public Health is bringing back its much-loved Eco-Friendly Halloween Costume Swap for families in Woodbury and Forest Lake. This annual event encourages the community to donate gently used Halloween costumes, making the holiday fun and affordable while reducing waste. 
How the Costume Swap Works
You can participate by donating clean and gently used costumes at designated drop-off locations until October 11. After the donation period, families can browse through a variety of costumes at the swap events in Woodbury and Forest Lake. This is a fantastic way to refresh your child’s Halloween look without overspending or contributing to landfill waste.
