Hillsville’s Safe Halloween Costume Contest: Spooktacular Winners Announced!
Hillsville transformed into a parade of ghouls, superheroes, and creative costumes as the annual Safe Halloween Costume Contest crowned its age group winners. Local kids turned up in their best attire, hoping to snag the coveted titles and, more importantly, bragging rights until next October. 
Creativity and fun were in the air as judges picked the best costumes in different age groups. From the tiniest pumpkin to the most ferocious little dinosaur, the kids of Hillsville showed that imagination is truly alive and well in this close-knit community. Parents cheered, cameras clicked, and the spirit of Halloween shone brighter than a jack-o’-lantern on a dark night.
Honestly, the only thing scarier than some of these costumes was realizing how high the bar has been set for next year’s contest—better start brainstorming now!
