Nigeria’s Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Dr. Adegboyega Oyetola, has voiced the nation’s dedication to fostering regional partnerships in blue economy development and marine conservation. During his address on behalf of President Bola Tinubu at the ongoing United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3) in Nice, France, Oyetola highlighted the pressing need for robust technical collaboration and strong institutional leadership to effectively utilize Africa’s abundant ocean resources.
